October 4, 2026 – Blessing of the Animals at San Jose
On October 4, the Feast Day of St. Francis, Catholic churches have a Blessing of the Animals, for St. Francis was inspired to call animals our bothers and sisters. This year we held a large gathering at Mission San Jose with individual blessings for each pet!
